POLICIES

Late Payment Policy
1. Payment Due Date: All payments are due on the same day.
2. Late Payment Charges: A late payment fee of $20 will be applied on a weekly basis (until current) to any outstanding invoices that are not paid within 2 days from the day services are provided. This fee is necessary to cover administrative costs and to encourage prompt payments.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we kindly ask that they give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting.

Nail Fungus Policy
In order to cover the extra time, effort, and materials required to ensure the safety and hygiene of both the client and our staff, seniors with nail fungus will be subject to an additional charge which is reflected in the fungal pedicure booking option.
